ABOUT ME

Bonjour, I’m Anne — the founder of Yoga Mama Paris, a space where movement, breath, and beauty meet to create deeply immersive yoga experiences.

Paris is my hometown. After living abroad for nearly 20 years — in London, Madrid, Belgium, and Germany — life has brought me full circle, back to the city where my roots are. Returning to Paris feels like reconnecting with a part of myself I didn’t even realize I had missed. It’s here, surrounded by familiar streets and a vibrant international community, that I’ve chosen to grow Yoga Mama Paris and share the practices that have shaped my life.

My journey with yoga began when I was just nine years old during long summers in Boston with my grandmother. Every morning at 6am — even though I was never a morning person — I would pull myself out of bed to join her in the quiet of a yoga studio. Those mornings taught me discipline, presence, and the simple joy of starting the day with breath and movement. What began as a reluctant early wake-up became a ritual that would follow me through every stage of life.

I have been teaching yoga since 2018 — starting in London’s corporate world, helping busy professionals find moments of calm in the middle of demanding workdays. Later, in Madrid, my work expanded to mothers, families, and private clients, blending the physical practice with a strong sense of community and personal connection.

Today, Yoga Mama Paris reflects the evolution of that journey. While my own motherhood inspired the name, this space is open to anyone seeking stillness, movement, and reconnection — whether you’re a parent or not. Alongside my yoga teaching, I am also training as a Positive Psychology Coach, giving me additional tools to support my clients in cultivating joy, resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being beyond the mat.

My classes are more than just physical postures — they are immersive sensory experiences. You’ll find thoughtfully designed movement sequences, curated music to guide the flow, and subtle essential oils to help you drop deeper into the present moment. I teach in English, French, and Spanish, often weaving languages together to create a truly inclusive and personal connection.

Whether we meet in the intimacy of your home, the elegance of a luxury hotel, the calm of a private garden, or a serene studio, my approach is always rooted in presence, elegance, and intention. My mission is simple: to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and inspired — a place where strength and softness coexist.

    Movement

    Vinyasa-based yoga flows personalised to your body and current needs, combining dynamic movement with mindful breathwork. Each practice is designed to help you feel grounded, present, and energised, while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Whether flowing slowly to restore or moving with more intensity, the aim is always to create harmony between body, mind, and breath.

    Connection

    A welcoming and supportive space for internationals and expats in Paris to come together and share in the practice of yoga. Beyond movement, it’s about building community — a place to connect, grow, and uplift one another through shared breath, mindful awareness, and moments of genuine human connection. Here, the practice becomes both personal and collective.

MY PROCESS

Every session is crafted with care - luxurious, sensory journey tailored to your body, breath, and emotional rhythm.

Initial Phone Consultation
Before we meet, we’ll begin with a 5–10 minute phone chat. I’ll ask what you’re looking for — physically, emotionally, energetically — and if there’s anywhere in the body that needs special attention. This helps me design a session that truly serves you.

Connect
When we meet in person, we’ll briefly check in again — in English, French, or Spanish — to align on your intention for the day. Whether you seek release, strength, stillness, or simply space to breathe, your practice will reflect exactly what you need.

Create the Atmosphere
Music, scent, and lighting are thoughtfully chosen to create a soothing, elevated environment — whether in your home, a studio, or a luxury hotel suite.

Move + Breathe
I’ll guide you through intuitive movement, breathwork, and stillness — always with attention to how you feel in the moment. Expect a refined flow that combines softness and strength.

Close with Intention
We finish with a moment of grounding — breath, stillness, or reflection — so you leave the session feeling centered, lighter, and more connected to yourself.

A 90-minute immersive session carefully designed to realign your body, mind, and breath, leaving you feeling both energised and deeply balanced. This extended practice allows time to move with intention, explore postures in greater depth, and incorporate breathwork, meditation, and guided relaxation for a truly holistic experience.
